SEJUTA IMPIAN
Founded by Mischka Aoki and Devon Kei Enzo in 2021, Sejuta Impian (A Million Dreams) is a national social program dedicated to empowering students across Indonesia through education, leadership, and opportunity. Since its founding, the movement has reached countless students nationwide and partnered with government ministries, schools, and private organizations to advance equitable access to education nationwide.
The organization’s programs includes a wide range of initiatives aimed at nurturing youth potential and community development. Through scholarship and mentorship programs, Sejuta Impian provides financial and academic support to underprivileged students, while its #RoadToSchool initiative delivers teaching and mentoring directly to schools across Indonesia. The Women Empowerment Program creates sustainable income opportunities for single mothers and local artisans by producing and exporting locally made goods.
Among its flagship initiatives is #SpeakUp, a RISE For the World-awarded program (by the Rhodes Trust and Schmidt Futures) that equips thousands of students with public speaking, confidence, and leadership skills. The program includes a digital platform, the innovative Speak Up Box, and the Public Speaking Learning Module Book, now used in many schools in Indonesia, with a second volume recently released.
Beyond education, Sejuta Impian also promotes literacy and creativity through reading programs, library initiatives, and the Pancasila Toolkit for civic and values-based learning. Its environmental and SDG collaborations, nutrition and health advocacy and literacy, and public speaking and creative workshops further strengthen its youth empowerment. The organization also advocates for sports inclusion through free tennis training and tennis advocacy for youth.
Recognized nationally and internationally, Sejuta Impian has worked with the Multiple ministries including the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Child Protection & Women Empowerment, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, and the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency among others. Together with educators, students, and communities, Sejuta Impian continues to build a generation of confident, capable, and compassionate young leaders, one dream at a time.

The Scholarship & Mentorship Program provides academic support and personalized guidance to students across Indonesia. Beyond scholarships, students receive personalized mentorship and training, including Mathematics Olympiad coaching, which has led awardees to win over 20 international medals. #ROAD TO SCHOOL
Through the #RoadToSchool initiative, we personally visit schools in rural and underserved regions across Indonesia, teaching mathematics, science, English, and public speaking. These sessions not only provide academic enrichment but also encourage confidence, curiosity, and leadership among students.
LITERACY PROGRAM & TOOLKIT
The Literacy Program strengthens civic awareness and national identity through the creation of the Pancasila Toolkit, designed to promote Pancasila values and the Profil Pelajar Pancasila framework. This initiative fosters civic awareness and national character building among students.
WOMEN
EMPOWERMENT
A social enterprise empowering Indonesian women through sustainable craftsmanship and global trade. The initiative has exported thousands of handmade products to Europe, the US, and the Middle East, and created jobs for single mothers and local artisans, each producing 100% locally made goods that showcases Indonesia’s creative economy, and earning the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy’s recognition.

ADVOCACY
Championed environmental awareness and sustainability both nationally and internationally, including speech delivered to world leaders at UN COP26 and participating in numerous environmental events. As Ambassador of the PLN Museum of Electricity and New Energy, we engage communities through talks, workshops, and advocacy initiatives on renewable energy, climate action, and responsible resource use, empowering youth to take active roles in protecting the environment and connecting local efforts to global sustainability goals.

In this workshop, students learn manual shirt printing while integrating local cultural motifs and traditional designs. Beyond technical skills, the program fosters entrepreneurial thinking, enabling students to design, produce, and batch-create market-ready products. This hands-on experience empowered youth to combine creativity, culture, and commerce, preparing them for real-world innovation and leadership.
Public Speaking
Supported by the Minister of Youth and Sports, the Public Speaking workshop teaches students the fundamentals of effective communication, confidence, and presentation skills. Participants engage in interactive activities such as news anchor exercises, group discussions, presentations, and speeches, while learning why public speaking is essential for leadership and personal development. The program also connects cohorts of attendees from across the country, creating a nationwide network of empowered young communicators.

PROGRAMME
As Indonesia’s Official Youth Tennis Ambassadors, we lead the Youth Tennis Programme to promote inclusion, health, and confidence through sport. The initiative advocates for greater recognition and accessibility of tennis among young Indonesians, introducing the sport to students and providing free training sessions for youth to discover their potential both on and off the court.
